How To Order
There are five easy methods to order the book: Online, by telephone, fax, mail order, or at your favorite bookstore. Below you will find instructions for whatever method you choose.

Order on the Web:
If you would like to place an order online, it couldn’t be easier. Simply click the 
button located on the right-hand side of your screen. Be sure to enter any special discount codes that you have and then click the checkout button.
After entering your billing and shipping information, you can then choose to send your payment information to be processed directly by us, or to use your PayPal or Google Checkout account. Based upon your choice, you will be redirected to the proper payment processor, where you may complete your order with confidence that your information is safe and secure. We will then receive notification of your order and begin processing it right away.
Order by Telephone:
If you would prefer to order by telephone, please have your credit card ready before calling. Then, call the Toll Free number listed below. An automated answering system will answer 24 hours a day, seven days a week. After you hear a brief message from the publisher, Numina Media Arts, please leave your message.

Mail Order – Pay by Check or Money Order
For customers that prefer to pay by check or money order, simply download the order form below and complete it. If you have already placed your order online, but chose Money Order as a payment option, you do not need to download the PDF form below. However, you will still need to mail your payment to our address below. Please remember to include your Order ID# for faster processing.
