Lamphere absconded with all subscription dollars and advertising revenues, leaving his partner to deal with the mess he created with clients and subscribers. This all resulted in Roberts dissolving all ties with Lamphere. It is my understanding that Lamphere relinquished any claim to Intrepid Magazine in a settlement resolution with Roberts.
